Pretreatment view of the initial condition:
old crown with dark line at the gum line, over growth of the front teeth so that the occlusal plane is altered and uneven. The non-crowned central incisor is chipped and uneven.

After treatment photo shows results of crown lengthening periodontal surgery to correct the gum line asymmetry and two new all porcelain crowns for better esthetics.
