Dental Education
Dr. Jeremy Smith joined Suwanee Dental Care after a successful private practice experience in Vero Beach, Florida. During his time in Florida Dr. Smith has honed his cosmetic and reconstructive skills while working with an instructor at the esteemed Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education. Dr. Smith now enjoys serving the Suwanee community and its families. “With leaving my practice in Florida the biggest difficulty I have is saying goodbye to the friends I’ve made and relationships I’ve formed through dentistry”, says Dr. Smith, “so I’m really excited to have found a home here with the people of Suwanee and surrounding locales.”
Kentucky native
Originally a native of Kentucky, Dr. Smith attended Union College where he majored in biology/predental and the completed his degree in dentistry from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. His interest in dentistry began at an early age. Given a natural artistic ability and a love for meeting new people, dentistry seemed like a logical choice.
Post Doctorate Continuing Dental Education
Dr. Smith is dedicated to staying at the leading edge of dental technology and procedures. His many hours of continuing education include courses and certification in Invisalign Orthodontics, Dental Lasers, CEREC single-visit porcelain restorations, veneers, root canal procedures, sedation dentistry, dentures, implant reconstruction and all-porcelain crowns. “I really enjoy getting to know my patients and their families, because forming a life long relationship is really important to me and the way I practice dental care.”
Major Hobbies
Outside of dentistry Dr. Smith enjoys most anything that requires outdoor activity. He is an avid soccer player, runner, and biker. His other interest include reading, watching movies, and listening to music.

E.M Conway, Jr. and Suzanne Tillery Conway of Vero Beach, FL. Joined Suwanee Dental Care, Suwanee, GA in private practice with Dr. Williams in June 2005 Since joining the Suwanee Dental Care practice, Dr. Smith has become a member of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce's Young Executives Roundtable. Team Dentist for the Gwinnett Gladiators.
